We had a few items that needed attention. The pre-appointment notice, call morning of and follow-up customer sat check were awesome. Clearly Full Nelson really cares. The master plumber and he is absolutely incredible. So kind, thoughtful and detailed. Explained every aspect and kept us updated. Kind of guy you'd trust your house keys with. The quality of work he provided caused me to get a few other things done. When you find a person who does quality work, you want to get everything done. I hope he reads this because I want him to know how much I appreciate the level of professionalism and explaining everything. I highly recommend Full Nelson Plumbing and HVAC!

The staff was exceptional!!!! From scheduling to rescheduling due to personal reasons, they were very understanding and helpful. They did a wonderful job from the first visit, to installation to checking up. They were reasonably priced, hard working and very pleasant. They all 3 were professional yet relatable. We needed to install a new gas line and had this company and another in for an estimate. Full Nelson came in about 1700 under our other bid and were able to come out the next day and complete the work. Our tech was friendly enough and made sure all my questions were answered before he left. They even offered to grab me a coffee or soda on the way out, which I thought was a nice gesture.

I called to have them come out to fix my kitchen sink, it had been leaking bc my pipes were battling gravity. Our technician was awesome! Put on lil booties before coming in the house, he wore a mask and was very professional, helped get everything fixed and then we discovered my garbage disposal was leaking(went bad from water sitting in it from original problem) and he got us hooked up with a new one! 10/10.

They were easy to schedule with, gave us an up front cost for looking at the issue, were timely and professional. They gave us a courtesy call to let us know when they were on their way. They took their time and educated us about the issue, gave us options for how to resolve it, and additional tips for how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I highly recommend them and trust them to help us with any future problems!

We’ve used this company a few times now and have always had a great experience from start to finish. The people you make the appointments with are always very friendly, and the techs they send out are prompt and helpful. They always give multiple options for what will fix the issue and have never tried up-selling for something that we didn’t actually need or that we wouldn’t benefit from. We’ll always use them!

We had a difficult situation in a lateral line off the septic tank, the technician worked with efficiency and skill to sort it out. He had to make two trips in order to bring out more equipment, but it was still dealt with in one day. Plus, he asked if he could bring me back a coffee! Highly recommended.
